Finished it last night. Pretty short game. Did all the races, side missions etc. Traded it in for Darksiders 2. Also very good.

darksiders 2 is next on my list.

Trying to play this game, but I can't win a fight to save my life. What am I doing wrong here? The very first bad guy mission where I'm suppose to beat up some drug dealers is just impossible for me. They just gang up on me and kick my a$$. How do you fight guys with knives and crow bars? I can't counter them for @&$! And whenever I just try to do combos I keep getting nailed. It's like Batman but way more difficult because of the animation delays.

stick with it dude, its really good and you get used to the combat. i had a tough time getting used to it but now im enjoying it alot more but then again i've only had this game for 2 days so...

It gets easier as you get used to it. For now play defensively and just hit the Y button or what ever your block is when they turn red and you will block and do damage. If you run into a grapler you will need to use the offense button (X) to give damage because the Y will only block and the B will always be blocked by them.

I'm thinking of checking this game out. Is the combat similar to Arkham City's? If so, it shouldn't be too much trouble to get used to.

YEAA MAN ! dont give up. I mastered the fighting and it looks so bad ass.

I dont even get hit anymore even at the fight club with all those guys.
I know batman ark city has the best fight system but this game is almost there.

this is game is so addicting. being playing for 6hrs.
so glad I got this game.

ohh man the detail of the city on pc running on my GTX 580 is just amazing.

If anybody is interested in this game, do yourself a favor and wait a month or two before buying. Games published by Square Enix are notorious for dropping in price rather quickly.

That's pretty much what I ended up doing. Just standing there waiting to counter. Being aggressive just gets you owned. Makes the fights take forever. I'm hoping the unlocks make the game more fun.

It is in that you have a counter button, but everything moves slower and has more animation to delay your commands. You also take damage faster. It's a lot easier to get your a$$ kicked in SD.

If you have a gaming pc, you can already get it for $35 by going through Green Man Gaming. That's what I did.

Yeah, I rarely buy games over $40. Some games I literally can't wait, though. This game, I can wait until the impending Steam Winter Sale. Hopefully, it will hit $15.00 around then.

I envy you. Right now, I wish I had a gun for these fist fights.

The main story is about 20 hours long if you don't do much of the side missions and the like.

They are UK-based I believe. They are legit, I've purchased from them about about a half-dozen times now. You can download the game from them or you can use the Steam activation voucher they provide upon purchase.

I love watching the announcement trailer when I'm not playing the game. I've watched that trailer nearly 50 times. So awesome!

Started playing this game and so far, I'm loving it. The open environment is amazing. I love riding/walking around the city and checking everything out.
