I'm not reading any posts in this thread since I haven't watched season 6 yet, but I need to vent.

So I've been waiting forever to get the first disk from Netflix. Last week I finally get the email that it's shipping...............................from f'n California :monkey4

So I wait a week and the disk finally arrives :chew

Pop it in and it won't play. I wipe it off and put it back in, still won't play. There's a ****ing crack in the disk and it's worthless. To make matters worse I have disk 2 shipping and I can't do a ****ing thing with until I get a replacement for disk 1.

well...the only continuity that the show brings are in season premiers/finales and a little bit here and there. most of the episodes have nothing to do with eachother, so you're probably safe watching disc 2.

Loved last night's episode. But I don't know about the whole Kara amnesia plot. Didn't see the editor being Lex's brother. I may have forgot, didn't they already have a person that was supposed to be Julian???

Was supposed to get the last disk of Season 6 last night, but the damn mail was late :emperor The last episode was the wedding. Holy ***** that was one of the best episodes so far. I can't believe that wasn't the season ender. Can't wait to hopefully get the last disk tonight (of course I won't be home :monkey2)

I'll hopefully be caught up by the end of this weekend as I still have the entire 7th season on my DVR.

Normally, I could say skip episodes here and there with previous season, but this season almost every episode has been good. Which has suprised me.

I think they did do an ep where a con man pretended to be Julian. I just wish this guy was a better actor - he's just pitiful.

I liked the episode too, but this seemed like the kind of thing that could be a whole season arc. I figured Zor-el would be teamed up with Brainiac and they would be the big bad for the season.

Not too keen on the amnesia thing either - I guess they're trying to find ways to keep Clark and Kara apart.

OKay, cause I remember an episode LONG ago had julian in it. Okay, so can man, gotcha. About the zor-el/brainic in cohoots, remember, there is still a kryptonian on earth from that one picture. maybe brainiac find him...

Was that supposed to be Julian? I thought Julian was know about, I was thinking this was maybe another kid. Could be wrong I deleted it already so I cant remember what he said.

PS. When Kara walked in with that surfboard she became my dream girl:monkey5:monkey5:monkey5

I spoke to Tom tonight and asked him if he was ever going to wear the Superman suit. He said no that it's written in his contract. Said if he did then it would be "Superman". Also said there would only be one more season after this one.

He or Lex says his name - he's definitely Julian.

You sure you're not thinking of the episode in season two where Lex rescues his long lost brother from a Chinese gang.

The kid in that episode was called Lucas Luthor, it was the one where Lex found out Lionel wasn't really blind at the end.

There's a synopsis on the below link, I don't ever remember seeing an adult Julian in the show but I could be wrong.

I was talking about Grant definitely being Julian. But it could be Lucas that I'm remembering as pretending to be Julian.

SO.....I really loved how they explained how Bizzaro came back and can withstand sunlight. and if bizzaro had clark's memories from last season, he wouldn't know what "isis" was correct?

When do we get new episodes? And what's this..Supergirl is in only 14 of the 22 episodes?! :monkey2

She's so hot. Well, atleast I have two other Canadian lasses to look at and Allison Mack.

I am falling for this show. Have been for the last 3-4 years that I have been watching it. It's my new Buffy/Angel. Not as good, but still entertaining.

I think we've seen the last Smallville in the can until after the strike. Kara's a regular on the show but that doesn't mean she has to be in all 22. Heck, Clark was barely in the one last night.

SPOILERS

I'm glad that the season long set-up for Bizarro hasn't gone to waste with just the single episode, but it's going to take some fancy writing to justify why he was so easy to defeat at first and now is back. I also like that they're setting up for Marsters to return and building to it slowly. I'd love for the 2nd half of the season be Zor-el, Brainiac and Bizarro all teaming up against Clark. Heck, bring Zod back into Lex too. Make it the last season and have these overwhelming threats to the planet convince Clark he needs to be a full time hero.

Honestly, and this was a problem with Buffy/Angel. It always seems like the bad guys get defeated so easily... not saying it has to be epic long battles that last an entire season (like Goku vs. Frieza in Dragon Ball Z), but something that lasts more than the usual 5-10 minutes. I mean for the huge build up of the major, Glory, and Adam in Buffy.. it was a cheap cop out to see them be defeated so easily. Or how about the Judge.. hehe

I for once just want to see a big ass battle that lasts a good long time. Yes, I understand in TV land they have stricter budgets and thus can not make too much of a prolonged epic battle. And yes, using DBZ was a lame example since it's hand drawn opposed to stunts, pyro, set pieces, and CGI that has to be considered in the real world. hehe

Actually the battle itself between Clark and Bizarro went on pretty long. But there's much more to a good villain than a fist fight. I think Glory and the Mayor, even the Judge, were extremely well done TV villains.

Yes, they were. I even loved robo Moloch (for character design)... he would make an awesome look maquette. Agreed?

Alright, enough of this dragon ball z talk :lol:lol I do agree that it's going to take some fancy writing to explain the bizarro angle this time (which let's face it, smallville is not known for). bizzaro and brainiac should be interesting villans for the second half of the season, I'm looking forward to how it's going to fold out.
