A buddy who hasn't seen Solo just asked if I wanted to go tonight so it looks like I'm about to catch my third viewing in four days. :yess:

Those two look like my right and left nut... if they had lipstick.

Find a picture of them standing between a massive pillar.

Serious or facetious?

One was because of racist actions of employees and how they treated customers the other is because, um, they didn’t like how their imaginary hero was treated in a movie.

Oh no, I'm with you - it really is honorable to not buy your cup of coffee from Starbucks because a manager in a single Starbucks on the other side of the country was proven to be racist. I'm there.

And it's an action you're taking that you should to announce widely on your social media accounts too. Oh... to get the word out and everything, NOT so you're getting social cred for joining the coffee boycott. Definitely didn't mean that.

And... I think the OP was about all you're personally missing out on by boycotting is... a movie. And my post was about all you're missing out on by boycotting is... a cup of coffee. You know like conversely, when you boycott something and it REALLY impacts your life, but the cause is so important that you shoulder that huge burden, day after day? Where it's hard to get to work because you're boycotting the bus company, or you have to drive an extra 15 minutes for your groceries because you're boycotting the grocery chain?

But no, a $5 "treat" cup of coffee (maybe a muffin,) a movie - these can be viable boycott hardships I guess. For some.

Totally serious. It contains my favorite scene in the entire saga with my favorite memory seeing it in theaters when I was 8. That theater was intense as Luke was being executed by the Emperor and the moment that Vader leaped forward and grabbed the Emperor that theater was exploding with emotion. I have never seen (or felt) anything like it since.

Right on. I misunderstood.

Your most cathartic moment came at 8?

hehe... I get you. I meant in the movie house. My most cathartic experience in a movie house was Return of the Jedi (as an audience member) and Amadeus (on a personal level).
