Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Captain America: Civil War - Spider-Man Collectible Figure

Looks like the mk46 is in it..

That scene at the end...

[RESIZE]
The ship scene. Dude is crazy strong. Cap barley held a mini helo this kids holding together a ship that's gotta be 200times the mass or more. Geez.
[/RESIZE]
Yeah, I love that they've made him so strong. Haven't even seen Thor do a feat of strength like that.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Captain America: Civil War - Spider-Man Collectible Figure

Anyone really. Hulk probably could. But right now it looks like 15 year old Spider-Man is the strongest dude in the Mcu. Not sure how I feel about that yet

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Captain America: Civil War - Spider-Man Collectible Figure

Well Spidey should be stronger than Cap.

And I agree, Thor was always portrayed as underpowered

Glad that the Mark 46 is back!

Who knows. Like Iron Man 3 and Avengers - Age of Ultron, that Iron Man suit at the end of the trailer may be the Mark 47.

Hot Toys - MMS - Captain America: Civil War - Spider-Man Collectible Figure

Perhaps ... but it looks identical to me; as seen in this screen-grab. The 42 and 43 at least had the color swap.

That's what I need, Hot Toys making another DC suit that's a main suit yet a repainted one.

After that trailer both Spider-Man and the Vulture are instant buys.

The only impressive thing he's done strengthwise was go toe to toe with Hulk in the first Avengers, impressive as that is I want more of it.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Captain America: Civil War - Spider-Man Collectible Figure

oh damn vulture looks good. was wondering how they'd translate his goofy comic look.

True. But I don't think he should be that much stronger. Especially given they fought and Cap at worst held his own and at best beat up Spider-Man. And I know there is a big difference in experience but when both can at least fight the dude that's way way stronger is going to win. It's why they have weight classes in pro fights. Real power matters. And if he's already this strong what happens when his body actually matures. That won't happen for like 10 more years (if he's 15). It seems a overpowered. Could just be that one time and they do it just for effect and the rest of the time they pretend he's fairly close in power. Who knows.

Although that means anyone hoping for a War Machine style update for the CW figure (extra weapons) may loose out as it could be assumed they will release the current one as advertised and then an updated version with Homecoming.

Perhaps HT will produce a sixth scale detolf for us weirdos that would probably buy one. [emoji23]

Yessir. I do enjoy little nods like that.

I hope HT reveals the Spidey figure sooner rather than later. Can't wait to get a look at it.

Who knows, I might even end up liking Vulture. He can't be any worse than most of the MCU villains.
