Hi all,

Just to clear up any confusion, the Obi Wan Episode II figure will have an Exclusive Edition and Regular Edition. The Exclusive edition will have an edition size of 1,000, the Regular Edition will have it's own edition size (which will be announced at a future date).

You do realize hat save for the addition of the neck, the sculpt here is the same as the one used for armored Obi, right? Or am I loosing it, and they really are different because people have been saying this more and more...?!

I think it would be nice if they lightened up the hair a bit for this one. Blond highlights would make the figure look more AOTC, and might further distinguish him from the clone armor version.

indeed I do sir, however, I'd rather have the extra articulation in the neck if I can get it I'm even debating tracking down extras of my old sideshow figures and doing a little bit of surgery to remove the sculpted neck. I realy enjoy the added level of articulation the separate neck offeres. it allows for many subtle nuances that having a solid neck does not allow

Personally, I'd go the lazy route and save the hassle by picking up a TT for $15 - $25. Then just swap the goods over to it.

That's what I plan to do for my Obiwan, AND it's likely what I will do for the majority of my collection. I'd still like ot have that added articulation though....

Not sure if I care about the exclusive, but the figure is a definite buy for me!

The pictured figure is definitely a Buck body, however, we won't know for certain until PPO Friday whether the production figure will be or not, since this proto may have been done before Clonobi and shot then. Odds are it probably is a buck quickie release, but there's always hope for a Pro figure until the PPO goes up and states which body.

I will be ordering the regular from an etailer. The dart is definitely NOT worth $10 to me.
