Nope, though open discourse is allowed within reason, there are of limits. Making insults toward board policy (i.e., the deleted "Communist Cuba" comment) is not usually encouraged.

I gotta say i found the posts between Sebastien & Karamazov quite a interesting read, both made good points until Devil had to come in and tell Seb to "Sue or Shut the ____Up" oops i mean put up or shut up & then expect to have a civil conversation with him

Either Sebastian's accusations had merit, or they did not. If they are true, he has foundation for legal action. If they are not, he is slandering. Either way, he felt it was a valid point of discussion. I am responding to him. How is that derailing?

Im not threatening to sue anyone. Im trying to accept the fact that we've been shafted.
I have a problem with the responses "its as easy as getting a replacement / refund". At first I thought that was a fair suggestion, but this whole thing rubs me the wrong way.
I should've thought twice about putting so much effort into my collection. It is what it is, theres no point to keep fighting with people on the INTERNET over it.

Hey Averone I know you seem to love defending SS's decision to release this thing as is. Maybe its professional courtesy or something else entirely im not sure. To me as someone who represents another company that's very ballsy of you. To put yourself out there to say this mess is part of business or ok.....
I dont want a refund. i want something that stands for the SS name.

my point went off tangent, but the fact is in order for a contract to be binding (the NRD) there has to be several factors that make it legally binding and one of those is consideration.
I get that they allow us to change our minds ONCE and receive the NRD back, however in the future if this becomes a problem (releasing products that deviate for the pictures on the web)... will SSC have to eat any sort of NRD ? Thats what my point was, NOT about litigation. Its about value... and I dont see it with Rogue at all.

I am sick of your attitude. You come for a beef and everyone knows that. You try to reduce the matter to an either or situation, buy it or leave. In reality it is more than that, else SSC doesn't need the CS, any complain should go to a machine. "Beep, we don't accept complaints, if you dislike what we did, good luck, wish you all the best."
