Again, I agree, but I'd like the comm units to communicate not necessarily with base or mobile command center, but with one another.

Sort of off topic, but I'd like to see Sideshow add stuff to the Joes like MREs and claymores and additional equipment related to a specif Joe and their military specialty. I still think Dusty should have come with a Camelbak / hydration system.

I mean, look at all the additional stuf the Star Wars Jedis came with:

Jedi Aqua Breather
Jedi Food Capsules
Jedi Holoprojector
Jedi Comlink

I dunno. With each Joe having their MOS, the only thing they'd need are watches to synchronize. As for the extra equipment, while that would be nice, I also think it'd push up the price of the figures. As it stands now, they've hit that mark where they're flirting with HT prices and while the quality is great for Sideshow stuff, it's not yet at the HT level.

Yea, but you would still need the extra body. I'm going to take apart the joint on one and see what can be done.

Sure thing. I really enjoyed customizing my SSC Beachhead and am pretty happy with how it turned out. Some folks are fine with figures stock out of the box, but I realize it's also fun to put things together yourself. Try visting toyanxiety dot com and other 1/6 retailers to see what kinds of part outs are available and go from there.

Wow there sure is a lot to choose from. Thanks for the advise. :panic:

Check out my beachhead:

What mask is that? ACI?

The BEST Joe. Only thing missing is the bended toe boot option, which hopefully will be fixed when Hawk arrives. Swapping for sure.

i just swapped beachhead to a TTA body cause his stock body got this flimsy torso joint. i already managed to swap out all the gears, hands and pegs, head, everything except the boots.

any help how to put the HT foot pegs on beachhead's boots the easy way? managed to remove the SS pegs, and my thumbs are sore.

Boil some water, remove from heat, then toss the boots in for about 10-30 seconds. Should be a lot more pliable after that.
