Snake Eyes is my favorite Joe, but the more I look at those pics, I think Beachhead is going to be the best Joe figure to date. Can't wait to get him in hand...wish he would ship earlier than Friday.

If anyone wants to see more pictures, I have full review up at my site.

Cobras are starting at attack once they found out Beachhead has arrived.

Dude...how many Cobra troopers and officers do you have?!?!?

(Obviously, I can count seven in the pics...the question was more theoretical...that's the most troopers / officers I've seen one person have).

Whoa. That's a mean set up. If you could figure out how to do it without stands, it would be even meaner.

*SLAP*

Slaps Khev just for the fun of getting in line to slap someone like the movie "Airplane".

Edit - *SLAP*

Throws one in for Auel for beating me to the punch with the first pics. You took all the fun out of what I was going to do.

*SLAP*

Slaps Cruel for not realizing he still has a chance to photograph the exclusive head.

*SLAP*

Slaps Auel for having too many figures.

He looks good. Nice weathering on the boots, but I would have liked them to be clean like the rest of the joes.

I know how you feel. But I am still critically relevant to getting information to the boards. With my immediate photos of products as they ship, my snappy wit, and intellectual rapport with the many members of the forums I am, in essence, the cornerstone herald of the new GI Joe and Star Wars 1:6 scale products.

I have no doubt that Sideshow's sales of these two lines would tank in a month without my input.

or not :)

LOL Awesome.

Snake Eyes, Flint, now Beach head...all I need is Low-Light and my Joe Team is complete.

I prefer Cobra to Joe, but these are the essential Joes to have.

For me, the Joe team is:

1) 1982 (i.e., Stalker, Rock n Roll, Snake Eyes, Breaker, Scarlett, Short Fuze, Grunt, etc.)
2) higher command chain (Duke, Flint, Beachhead, Gen. Hawk)
3) specialists (i.e., Doc, Wild Bill, Tripwire, Snow Job, Barbecue, Mutt, Low-Light, etc.)

If I was going to only have 5-6, they would be Snake Eyes, Duke, Flint, Beachhead, Scarlett, and Stalker. But, damn, if that wouldn't hurt like hell.

They should postpone the desert troopers/officers to next year. I'd take Roadblock or Heavy duty any day.

THAT is why you should never cancel until after you see him in hand. He looked good at SDCC (despite what the tittybabies are saying) and this spanks that with all kinds of awesome. Look at the ____ing detail in the rope!!! Digging the exposed ripstop on the pants and I understand the weathering on the boots to match that, but a real badass would've had every unscuffed part spitshined.

that chest rig/tactical vest is bad ass also. i would like to pick up a couple extra for my cia SAD guys (as well as the pack). some very nice looking gear on beachhead. it'll be the first time i take gear from a sideshow joe and part it out to other figures. great looking stuff.
