Heres a quick pic with the Joe crew.

Fell a little underwhelmed with Flint. Maybe the lack of accessories or something, not sure what :dunno....Still a solid figure and looks great with the other Joes :rock

I agree. Just got my Flint EX. He's a solid figure, no doubt, but doesn't measure up to Duke, Snake Eyes, and Beachhead for me (Yeah, I know Beachhead isn't out yet, but I'm really hyped about Beachhead). I think it's because with all their assault gear, the aforementioned three seem like they should be out in the field on an op whereas Flint looks like he's stuck at the barracks.

Ok just got my first Sideshow Exclusive, but the actual exlusive shotty is not in the package. Packaging is exclusive, the accessories tray has the place for the exclusive shotty but no shotty:gah:
I called customer service they said I should get back a call from returns/exchange dept. (a guy named Carlos). So anyone had a similar experience like this? I don't want to return the whole thing and wait for another 2-3 weeks especially since I checked the figure and its of very good quality. Do they just send out the missing piece?

This will be one long wait:impatient:

Sideshow usually just sends out the missing piece. My Hot Toys Final Battle John Connor I ordered from Sideshow was missing a shoulder attachment. I e-mailed Sideshow, told them what was missing with a stock picture of the missing part and I got it a week later.

Difference is, that's just an HT figure. Different policy for Exclusive figures.

Well technically, the Hot Toys Final Battle John Connor was a Sideshow exclusive too, but I see your point. Perhaps it's different if only an item is missing. In your case, I guess Sideshow could have sent out a new shirt, but maybe the don't want the customer to have to do the whole undressing of a figure. Perhaps if they had known that you're a veteran kitbasher, they would have just sent the shirt.

I just e-mailed them about the chipped paint on the chin of my Flint. I hope they dont ask me to send the whole thing in. I already started giving him the EF mod.

You might be ____ed. :(:lol

No, Jacquelyn said that was policy for Sideshow Exclusive figures. I even asked her if they could just send the shirt and told her I could easily replace the shirt. Answer was still no and policy reiterated more "sternly." :lol

*points and laughs*

Fortunately, I can't access my hotmail from work to get my UPS number. So I have no idea if mine is in transit, was sent back to the facility, or was destroyed en route.

You can get your tracking number from your Sideshow Toy account....

Thanks Ski. will do that.

edit: thanks Deez, hope they just send the missing shotty. of all the thing to be missing:slap

They will have you ship it all back. My exclusive Lara Croft had the box sticker but the not have the exclusive sword, had to ship it all back.

err, double post

edit: what i said was...i say i wouldn't buy a pf but i think i'd be all over an '82 snake eyes and '84 storm shadow if they looked just like the card art...but i meant to post it in another thread.
