My take- I'm glad I got him. I had low expectations, and he's exceeding them somewhat. The hands are SOOOO great! May get some silver (metallic?) paint and fill in the black areas around the mask.

Biggest con- no belt loops. Makes him look a tad sloppy. Easy to look weird.

Hope you like these 1:15am shots. Can't wait to pose him up with Baroness and have a confrontation with the Crimson Commander and the Old Commander!!!

Really wish Sideshow would have done a better job of hiding the sculpt. Looks great from a straight shot like that, but from the side the illusion is lost and looks cheap.

Awwww man, I just got him and one of the epaulets (I think thats what they are called) is just sticking straight up like it hasn't been stuck down at all.

I emailed SSC so hopefully I can get a replacement Jacket.

The sculpt of the mask is great, practically straight out of Marvel's GIJoe:ARAH #1, but the mask gets pushed up by his chest, for the most part....

Also, the mask makes it more difficult to keep the cape attached. I know people said his neck is too long, but it may not be long enough.

Switched the old mask onto the new figure and am actually kinda happy with it, though he does look quite tall....

Saw a few comments about the eyes being wonky because they are seperate from each other... wrong!
Seems like the seperate eyes/mask aint such a good idea, hope they sort it out by Storm Shadow.
