Agreed. The Indy smirk would have been much better. Heck, just about any other expression would probably have had more of an Indy vibe than the one they went with.

The likeness isn't even close to Ford then you toss in the expression and it just misses everything. The jacket and other items look great IMO but this one does come up short. I just simply do not fear anything happening to the SS PF or 1:6th. They've really stepped up what I thought was a very good job with Paint Apps. I believe with everything Indy will be perfect.
To say the likeness looks nothing like Ford is a bit of hyberbole. Sure it's off but it's not as if it looks like they were sculpting Tom Hanks, or Marilyn Monroe. You can tell it's supposed to be Ford, many of the basic shapes are there, it's just off. For the money it should be spot on and it isn't.
And I think the expression they were going for is the one in your signature Josh. But agreed that it doesn't quite work.

Assuming it doesn't get butchered during the production process the PF looks way better to me and it might be my first purchase in that scale.

Well, yes we know it "supposed" to be Ford but it doesn't look like him. So I don't see how that's an exaggeration. I understand what you're saying that it wasn't like they tried to sculpt me lets say but they did try to nail Ford and failed. I agree for the money it should be exact.
