Overall design looks good, but the quality of fabric is not.
And dem head sculpts are much more suitable for Sabertooth. :lol

Still, I may be interested in buying this one after all.

I really like what I have seen so far
and that looks like some solid articulation ( he's fists seem to be on his chest in that shot)
which I don't think can be down with the standard muscle type body articulation
I love the "look" on the face.. all over a winner so far for me and an instant purchase
well done SS

Meh, the unmasked sculpt isn't impressive but I like the figure overall, just another accessory that'll stay in the box.

One thing that bothers me, is that Logan usually shows his teeth in anger shape mouth, not smirking or smiling, it's more like Sabretooth's mouth gesture, evil smirk showing teeth..
Yeah, I'm feeling the same way. I can imagine Wolvie maybe giving this look, but it seems like it goes just a bit too overboard. Wolvie enjoys a good scrap, but that expression is more of a psychopathic sadist's expression, that I would more associate with Sabretooth when he decides to murder someone just for the hell of it.

Do not like that headsculpt at all. The rest of it is a mixed bag, I still don't think the outfit looks great even though I like the yellow and brown.

Exactly.
I had the chance to draw Wolverine in the previous Wolverines' series, and now in Secret Wars: the House of M, and I feel that the anger face suits him more than the smirking one, in so many occasions.

As for the hand gesture in that pic, I seem to think that Sideshow's giving us that very hand pose, so there will be a sculpted hand pose like that, that is not articulated at the elbows. So it can be pop in/out from the shoulder part or something like that. Works just like the extra feet with the angled/bended toes. Just my opinion/guess.

Oh wow that would be a real downer if they were in fact "static" interchangeable arms and not in fact articulated ones.. I want an action figure not a bloody statue.
Now I am waiting with baited breath to see if this is correct ( thanks for the tidbit )

I like it. I like going with a "Cahrhart" type material for the suit. Logically makes a lot of sense. Given he spends a lot of time in cold climates, or fighting saber tooth or the hand...all knife/blade wielding people. A costume that can stand up to that makes a kinda sense. It's a different take. Which I appreciate.

I think if this is true, of course they will give us the articulated one as well. It's just a bonus that's made for this pose. (perhaps)

Yes that's the proper name for that thingy, hahaha. By the look of it, the elbow looks to good if its articulated. But there can always be miracles.

Thats a good point. I like the material to.

It looks to me to be inspired by the first Chris Claremont/Frank Miller Wolverine mini series cover:

Fits right in with Wolverine's character IMO.

And they choose to model the unmasked head over that one smirking cover, over perhaps, hundreds of covers with him doing the angry berserk face..

I don't hate the unmasked HS, but liked the masked version they showed last year much better. I will wait till I see more pics for final judgement on this HS though.
