I must be seeing different pics to everyone else cos that likeness sucks and the paint is terrible. Cape is horrendous too. Congrats If you are happy with it though.

I agree. What happened the the head sculpt? I was never a fan of the non-helmet version but I thought the one with the helmet looked great before. Glad I passed on this one...

There are two rips on the left side of his leg, a chip on the front left of his hair and he's got googly eyes. Aside from all that, I'd say he's a keeper! Seriously though, I'd send that back for a replacement. I hope these few issues aren't as widespread as some have been in the past. I am really lookin' forward to this! 
My pants better not be ripped! Why are all their Marvel pieces having googly eye problems?
On a couple of the shots without the helmet, it seems the left eye is *slightly* wonky.
Hmm it seems that one pupil is a tad higher than the other...

The right one seems to have a bit of a downward gaze as the left one appears to be looking directly ahead.

Yeah, that's the most glaring flaw and one that isn't really a matter of opinion. They're ripped and that's that. Of course the chip in the hair is not a matter of opinion either. I guess it's always down to what you can live with. I will get me a good one of these no matter what! I dig this piece like crazy and I want it to be as flawless as possible.
