Thanks, Matt. No, I did have breakage. The protrusion on the far right of the chest plate is chipped off and nowhere present in the box. The protrusion on the far left of the chest plate had been snapped off and very poorly repaired. Therefore, I'll be getting a replacement for that. Everything else is aces.

I really feel the cape is a let down, too flat. I wish the cape is sculpted.
I like the comic version much better.

Hi barb awesome pics mines in transit at the moment your pics just make me more excited about it.
FedEx came back later today when I was on my way out to school but I quickly had a few minutes to set him up and wow he is incredible! Absolutely zero problems with mine so far, I'm really blown away. The paint and everything looks great on both heads, no wonky eyes, cape falls nicely, etc.

Exact same breaks that I had. Somebody in China was snapping them off, sloppily gluing them back on and hoping nobody would notice.

Maybe he will. The fact that he's a realistically proportioned human standing next to two bulked up idealized super heroes with comic style proportions doesn't help much. I can't wait to see what he looks like next to Cap! Bring it!Yeah still like it from the day I bought it

Over the years, I've had to do it a handful of times. Yet the more time that passes, the more I seem to have the need to get a replacement. I honestly don't think it's because I've gotten more picky. I think it's because too many products are shipped before being properly inspected. I don't mind a small imperfection or two. I just don't desire damaged goods.

Heard that some of you guys were getting him early so I contacted SSC and got my dad's Exclusive processed a week early. Should be here Monday. I hope it won't have issues, but if it does, hopefully they are small enough that I won't have to return the whole PF, just a part, like the chest piece.

As much as i want to like this one it kinda reminds me of the hot toys figure, in the aspect that it kinda misses the bar in some aspect that i cant really figure out exactly, still undecided but hope they make a avengers version. Congrats to those who have him already.

This is nothing like the Hot Toys figures. The hair sculpt is far superior to it.

Ohhh i agree i wasnt really comparing it to the hot toys figure in the way it looks just in the regard that they both leave me "wanting something" slightly better for the high end price tag. They are definatly not comparable in looks, it would be as if comparing apples and oranges i get that.
Hey guys, I know I promised a more in-depth review and more pics tonight but I got home late, plus the Rangers and Capitals NHL game went to 3rd Overtime so I just had a few moments now to really check him out under some good lighting and futz around with the cape and whatnot....but WOW, what an amazing PF, he is definitely a stunner in my collection and my favourite right now. Everything is perfect on mine, however, I did notice the *smallest* little chip sliver in the base but a little paint to touch it up and you'd never know. Otherwise, everything turned out really nice...the eyes were done very well on mine, plus I find the paint apps to be very nice, especially the beard and the hair. I don't know why some people were complaining about the paint....it's excellent to me. 
I'm VERY happy with this piece and I think once everybody starts getting their replacements and more perfect statues come then this figure will be highly praised.
I am going to take tons of pictures tomorrow in good lighting but for now, just know that I think that it turned out very well and anyone who is skeptical about it, don't be...get it and you'll fall in love with it once you get it in-hand.
