That's awesome! Any Stan-written Spider-Man would be awesome to have signed. I wish I had a FF Silver Surfer 1st appearance for him to sign. Surfer is definitely one of his favorite characters.

I was thinking about it, but ultimately passed on CGC. I don't ever plan on reselling the book, and I like knowing I can flip through it any time I'd like. I was looking at Stan's signature on the cover, flipped it open to read the credits "Jack 'King' Kirby" alongside "Stan 'The Man' Lee" and got chills.

Yeah, I agree with you 100%. WW Chicago has blown the last few years. I also haven't been there for a few years. I have been going to C2E2 instead of WW. WW has become nothing more than a media event. Washed up actors/actresses and wrestlers are about all you see at WW now. Stan is the ONLY reason I'll be attending this year.

I'll be getting Stan Lee this June at wizard world Philly, gonna have him sign a few posters and maybe some statue bases. Still debating if I should attend wizard world Chicago, I went last year and it seems like the guests are not that great, I do have to say it was a blast to meet to boondock saints though!

We have gone to C2E2 every year so far and have really enjoyed it. Loved the Walking Dead panels last couple years.

Yeah i read in the Sun about how it keeps growing like crazy, last time i was there was 4 yrs ago and I thought it was crazy then. Think they need to change venues

I agree. I've been there every year except this one and it just keeps getting bigger. Thank god Shatner was there last year instead of this year. I would have cried.

I think they need to set a cap on attendance like at SDCC. It was ridiculously packed. Hopefully it grows enough to attract more comic creators. Brubaker, Fractions, Bendis, along with some artists. George Perez had a huge line. Frank Cho was there too getting lots of attention.

& less of those swords stores. There was like 5 of them. Why didn't you come back on Sunday, Fremen? I heard it was much better than Saturday. I was there for Friday & Saturday, the latter was crazy as people can barely move at all over at the guest hall. Got my brother to line-up for me while I shopped around.

It was but I think seeing & getting Stan's siggy makes it totally worth considering the man's age. He was late for those 2 days as well.
