Since Star Ace has released 3 figures already, I'm wondering if they sold well enough to continue with an older Harry figure? A dealer is offering me huge discounts if I buy both the young Harry and Voldy....

I've just thought - they could bring out Dobby - that would be a cheap/fairly easy release compared to the others. No messing about with fancy tailoring.

I just hope there is enough interest in this line to keep it going. Star Ace is doing a great job, but if the sales are not there, then we are not going to get that many figures. Black looks great, but I have to wonder why another major character was not made first.

I fully support this line, but at the same time, I'm not buying the Year 1 trio because I don't want those iterations. However, if/when they do older versions, I'll be the first to preorder. And I can almost guarantee that that's what most everyone else is going to do as well. It may not have been in the company's best interest to release the young versions first.

I'm sure once they get past the initial three and start releasing later versions and other characters the company will do great, we just have to get over the hurdle first. And for what it's worth, their Voldemort is awesome, and I do have Sirius on PO.

I'm the opposite. I want the young versions, since I absolutely loved the first movie. I will definitely want dumbledore and maybe, maybe bellatrix if they make her.

I'm on the same page as you - I really like the younger figures as they will complete the line. I just want all of them.

Yeah, I would be a lot more interested in this line if they'd started with Year 5+ versions of the trio - because I would also be interested in an older Neville, Luna, Ginny (the main characters of Dumbledore's Army), and a Draco. For the adults it's Snape, Sirius, Lupin, McGonagal and Tonks for me.

I had no interest in Year 1 figures of the trio.

I also want this line to keep going and see grown up Harry and his friends, but I'm happy they started with the characters on their first year. The first book and film will always be special to me.

Well I think from what I am seeing, there is interest for the characters thoughout different stages. There should be enough of a fan base to warrant production of most of the characters.
