Just be patient guys..by next month all this will be straightened out and by Christmas everything will be available because it’s about the company wanting money for this game. And what better way to collect the most earnings than Christmas time. :lecture

Got every Hero unlocked and finished the Campaign mode. :) Multiplayer is still a Blast!

I wanted to buy this, but after being unhappy with the 1st game and all the bull crap and drama surrounding this new one, I'm gonna just wait. My son is gonna be disappointed as this was part of his bday gift from last month (but a gift for me too :)). I'm tired of spending money on things that ultimately disappoint me. I hate online only games. It's no fun when a casual gamer has to play with people who play 24 hour/day for days. And since campaign mode is pathetic at only 5 hours, and apparently arcade mode doesn't give you all the game types, I'll wait till it's cheap... Oh well.

I'll have to continue to long for a new version of the original Battlefront games and the awesome Republic Commando game. Hell, I liked all the Star Wars games up until these new online Battlefront games. It's sad for me when the most current and enjoyable Star Wars games come from Lego.... :(

EA sucks and all they care about is money. They just gobble up good companies and spit out s***.

So I preordered this and I'm really looking at not buying thos. i love star wars but i'm not falling for the same **** I did last time with the first game. Thought this would be different but I won't support a company that just wants to **** you over.

So they don’t allow people to buy crystals for now but we still have an awful loot crate progression system with a pathetic credit earning rate for an unbearable grind. Fix that and we’ve got an awesome game.

Agreed!

Also having a great time with this game. This is a game you buy for MP. And it's a blast!

Let me ask you this let’s say 4K TV picture quality was a competitive sport, and it is for some lol.

The EA Best Buy company sells you and your neighbor a 4K TV with a built in good HDR 10 chip and the superior Dolby Vision HDR chip but they inform you up front that the MSRP only includes the inferior HDR10 chip being active and to unlock the superior Dolby Vision HDR chip it will cost you an extra $100 to experience the full potential and power of the TV.

Your neighbor chooses to not spend the extra $100 and does not unlock the superior Dolby Vision HDR chip but you do and your TV now has an advantage than your neighbors TV and you win with the better picture.

Now did you just gamble your $100 away and get nothing in return from the EA Best Buy company or did you receive a product in return that made your picture better?

That's not what's going on.

These guys aren't offering you the chance to pay another $10 to add double your armor. You are paying $10 to get 1 of 100s of possible items that could affect your character in any number of ways. It might be a marginal improvement (very likely) or an impressive improvement (very unlikely).

No one would have a problem if you could just straight up buy whatever stat improvement you wanted, which is what your analogy implies, but that's not how these games work. You are buying the chance at a variety of improvements at various degrees of usefulness, which is why it is gambling.

Just finished the campaign. In the last mission there are some major hints about the identity of Rey’s Parents.

Any thoughts?
