@khev @jaws is Han both of your guys favorite star wars character. I know it was for jaws, he also didnt care for luke much. Maybe that is the key to getting some enjoyment out of the st, even if they implied han was a deadbeat dad it was kylo that chose to be bad no fault of his mothers or fathers, that was palptine in his head. So han’s character wasnt tarnished nearly as badly as luke. I can see people who dont like luke or found him boring In the OT being ok with the st. But for anyone whose favorite character in star wars is luke skywalker the st is complete garbage especially tlj and tros (no that dumb force ghost **** didnt fix what tlj did to his character) beside tfa because outside of him being in hiding it did nothing in my mind to really hurt his character, he was still a mystery at that point. Its probably why i like tfa the best of all the st even if it was a retread of new hope. And for me at the point the han solo **** didnt bother me, i never really made that deadbeat connection, kylo said han was ****** father but that wanabe sith kylo talking and it was snoke (palps) influencing him you need to kill han solo weak boy. For han fans they seem to hate tfa more then tros and the still hate tlj cause han wasnt even in it.
