Just occurred to me, when I first read the "Rey Skywalker" leak it was in the context of her starting a new order by that name (letting the past die etc). Is there any indication anywhere she uses "Skywalker" the same way the KOR use "Ren"?

Here is the actual article https://www.esquire.com/entertainme...ywalker-dark-rey-evil-spoiler-website-vision/

More Smoke and Mirrors

Notice the writing ?...vision of (A) Rey...?, not ?...vision of Rey...? or "vision of the Rey" A is key here and really is the spoiler part, supports the twin sister clone theory, this other dark version is seeing this vision and will soon become it when she gets hijacked by palps essence where he will effectively "cheat death" and live on until the Rey or our (good skywalker) Rey kills him. Our Rey already had her Cave Trial and Reflection in last jedi, plus she rejected darkness for good when she refused to join kylo ren. There is no temptation left for our Rey. This is why snoke wanted to kill her ass he didn't even consider trying to turn her "the heart of a True Jedi"

Anybody know what happened to Skywalker(OG)kush?? I enjoyed talking with him.. I cant believe his last post was 8/28/2019

Disney stole the plot of the Jedi Prince series to make the ST. Not even kidding. Ken is Rey. Look it up. Anyways let this thread and movie die. It will be retconned soon anyways.

Didn't Disney purchase Star Wars from GL - including all intellectual properties? If this Jedi Prince was an officially sanctioned story & is canon, doesn't that mean Disney could adapt it in any way it pleased? You can't steal something you already own.

Where he said they had no plan. Everyone knew it anyway. It was evident. No matter what people on here said they had no plan whatsoever. They churned that crap out and hoped the name alone would sell

Yep and it's unfortunate that they made the trilogy without a solid plan. Brand recognition is not enough and if they wanted to let director's do movies without a plan let them do their own movie with out them being in a trilogy. Wasted opportunity on Disney's part. Pretty movies but very vapid and not something I will really revisit. I can watch Solo and Rogue One with the original 6 movies. Even though the prequels are not as good as the original trilogy for me the aliens and world building still fit and looked good. Too many childish jokes and the dense plot of politics dragged them down some but I can still watch them.

Well for a retread of the OT, which is basically what the ST was, they had a well enough plan. Make it a trilogy, introduce a new character to send on a hero's journey in the first act, subvert expectations and make things look really grim in the second act, and then resolve the conflict in the final act. As has been said several times it was no worse of a "plan" than what we got with the OT. Characters' identities and genealogies changing from film to film also just like the OT and so forth.

Now did it execute all that in a manner that justified its own existence? Therein lies the rub and is where you have the big divide.

I like how he tried to say it without saying it and gave excuses for it. He knows Hollywood punishes you if you speak out.

Geezus despite all the evidence you still argue their was a plan. Give it up.
