lol these reaction videos are priceless! I *almost* enjoyed them more than the trailer itself.. almost!

I always wondered what happened to this kid and now I know.
You’ve come along way baby.

Is this **** necessary?

God forbid one of my kids should look over my shoulder and see crap like this.

Id be more worried about my kids seeing a grown man crying over a JJ Abrams trailer.

Toned it down for you, you might want to amend your quote.

^Couldn’t this dude be a Knight of Ren, or perhaps they have some cronies? He certainly fits the aesthetic and when you look at the poster they’re sporting some primitive looking weapons as well:

Kylo could turn on them (or they on him) as he goes down a different path.

My wife and I just finished watching the Falcon escape on our 80” 3D and once again it put our jaws on the floor.

That scene is executed to perfection and as thrilling as anything in SW/ESB i’m sorry but it just is.

The 3D image of planet Jakku in the background as it leaves the planet is freaking gorgeous.

I forget how amazing the 3D is in TFA.

Nothing to be sorry about. The falcon escape is a great sequence that JJ did wonderfully and is one of the highlights of the movie for me.

It is a pretty great scene. What drags it down is it's someone we barely know who is piloting it for the very first time and not Han and Chewie. Poe would have made it a little better.

I agree with that, Poe should have been more believable in that scenario.

Love Hamill's face.:clap:lol

But there's a lot that's very telling about this meme. A studio and new cast dragging the corpses of iconic heroes through a "new adventure" that in actuality couldn't stand on its own without them (the new film's title and Palps' laugh says it all,) despite them being dropped off at the Good Will one by one. The idea of Disney and Andrew McCarthy's cynical self-interest as puppeteer behind Daisy's blandly "strong," I'm-about-to-cry hero/victim face. The only people spellbound by these films in 25 years will be sociologists.:lol

I work with the public.....and I can tell you that most of this is probably real.

I have see people do things daily you wouldn’t believe.

You think that is real?

Give me a break. Just because people act that way doesn’t mean it’s real.

Between the advent of social media and this new Star Wars movie people have become starved for attention mental cases.

Everything is over the top to get more attention.

Half the comments in this place is just is verbal diarrhea. [emoji23]

Yeah in a media landscape where the more off-the-wall/nuts you are, the more view$ you get, and where there's kind of an outrage/controversy arms race powered by phone videos, I think it's a bit naive to say these reactions videos are genuine.

You sit there on video and go "wow, that's cool" as you watch the trailer you might get a few hundred view$, but you wail and/or go certifiably nuts (or something like saying "meh, not really excited" then have the massive turnaround to tears,) you get thousands or even far more than that if it goes viral.

It certainly looks like one of the Knights of Ren but I don't think it is. In this first photo, you can see another one of these guys on the right side of the shot which looks like the same outfit of the guy Kylo stabs. That outfit doesn't match any of the Knights of Ren as far as I can tell.

Yes sir

I never really watched those reaction videos cause of what they are. But I decided to have a go at it when the Joker trailer was released.

After about the 3rd one I was like - yep, these people are full of ****.

And with a movie like that which draws so much attention to it, people grossly exaggerated their so called reactions. Everyone, the money makers and the attention whores. Comment sections and beyond.

Upon further inspection.you can tell this is Rey from TFA and the curls on her forehead look cg in

In four years Daisy hasn’t changed one bit. I guess JJ lucked out shooting extra footage of Daisy and Carrie together before Carrie’s demise because they can use it now because Daisy looks the same :wink1:

That's right, ruin the Knights too.

What the hell are the Knights of Ren exactly other than a group of sorta-cool but briefly glimpsed costumes (albeit Kylo concept rejects) that appear to have no bearing on the story so far? People keep coming back to this group but the whole thing reeks of Captain Phasma. More Fetts-but-not that get fan wild oats to the boil.

Not sure how you can ruin something that isn't even a thing. :dunno:lol

There really needs to be a moratorium on hugs in the ST. Rey's bland weepy-strong face is just the antithesis of everything that was great about SW heroes.
