It’s underperforming. The Avatar attraction in Animal Kingdom still has much longer lines than the Falcon attraction. In the same park (in WDW anyway) Rock N Rollercoaster typically has a longer line as well.

Yeah especially now that the majority of the rides contain ST segments?

When is the last time you went?

Damn that blows. It was 2014. Sheesh. I guess they ruined that to

Billy Dee - What the Hell Is Gender Fluid.jpg

:lol

I have no clue, nor I really care what is 'gender-fluid', but I do try to touch the feminine side any chance I get.
:yess:

Just read description of the whole movie, because i couldn't care less about "being surprised". And oh man, it's even more disappointing than i anticipated.

Leaks were true, all of it.

Imagine how cool that ride would have been if it was OT-themed instead of ST.

oh man, yes!

They need to ditch the storyline for the park as the new order era only and do whatever. one of the few times Disney is holding back Disney

As much as I hate what Johnson did with Luke, I am still looking forward to Rise of the Skywalker. And the one aspect to Last Jedi I love is how great Mark Hamil was in the film. Dude is a great actor. considering he did "fundamentally disagree" with what they did with his character, he knocked the performance out of the park.

I always hope every movie is good or great. I just wish they had slowed down with the new trilogy and hired actual writers first.

This write-as-we-film crap they do needs to stop

So? This could of been taken before TFA began shooting or during TLJ shooting. Or he?s cgi lol

During a Mandalorian shoot I believe

Yeah. I would much prefer to step into the world of the OT... but then its become clear why JJ and KK designed the ST to stea-- borrow so much from the OT. They had the Star Wars theme parks all over the world to consider.

Well, I think the point is the OT is the timeless classic, the cultural phenomenon that deeply embedded itself in the collective psyche.

This to me is like a ride based on the 2016 Ghostbusters - I mean its visually cool because it relates to the classic (ghosts, proton streams, the car, similar outfits/locations etc) and it shares the branding of the classic, but why develop so much when in 15-20 years, the ST will have faded in comparison to the OT?

I guess despite them owning it, Disney didn't produce the OT, it's over 30 years old, and currently all the financial/merch ties relate to the ST. But to me it's a reflection of our time - where branding is an obsession and the power of story just doesn't have the same importance in an era of social media and the internet.

It would have been nice to have seen a somewhat even mixture of OT, PT and ST in this Galaxy's Edge.

There is truth to this. Lets be honest. The parks are moving toward being a vehicle to push their modern properties.

I mean, Avatar? In Animal Kingdom? Thats weird. They should have went with the initial idea for animal kingdom which would have included fantasy animals.

I still love the parks, the technology and immersiveness is incredible.

I just cannot see myself ever paying the asking price for these rides that millennium falcon one just flat out sucks and the new one was OK I guess I mean yes the hanger was kind of cool but all the stationary troopers ruined it lol

The space battle visuals were cool though better than from the ST :slap

IX don?t fail me now.

The hotel one is the one I think has potential to be fun.
