Damn, Disney is ruthless... they really are doing everything they can to distance TROS from TLJ. They did it with TFA way back then when all the talk was about how this was "going back to the roots" or whatever and how this was all "practical effects and no CGI" blah blah blah, and now they are dissing RJ... just, wow...

If anything is a guarantee, this film will make money for Disney.

People will TRY to make some kind of theory about the fandom based on ticket sales, but the reality is Disney only cares if the film makes money.

Of course they want it to make huge bank, but so long as its profitable they will be happy.

It is always about the future, especially with a fairy tale that is generally for youngers. Its a great way to lock in a long-term loyal fanbase... which is ironic when at some point you are going to cut off that fanbase for a newer one. It's like the 50 year old Dad who decides its time to trade up to a young wife.

I can guarantee Ep9 does at least 1 Billion worldwide. If anything, the marketing has ramped up a ton recently. All I see are TV spots for this.
