Yeah but who knows. If he's masked for 90% of the movie? Question is would i be against it or not? LOL

Being that Disney wants to stay away from the PT i dunno.

There's no evidence Disney wants to stay away from the PT, aside from TFA producers pandering to prequel haters at conventions. The PT received a digital release right alongside the OT, and is equally represented in other non-TFA merchandise.

Even if they *were* staying away from the PT, Hayden is in ROTJ now anyway.

Hayden can't be removed from ROTJ fast enough.

Its amazing how the actors never bring up anything about their roles in the PT.

Have any of them ever said anything positive about their participation?

Different era, AG was beyond accomplished and respected within the thespian community at large, place yourself in his shoes being given those lines to say in 1976/1977.

Of course he was going to question his own judgement.

HF hates it so much that he returned 32 years later.

I'd say Harrison was feeling nostalgic about that time of his life, he may not have needed much persuading at all when it came to it. I think he'd have been a little jealous of Mark and Carrie and all the others being back doing Star Wars now had he got his way back in 1982 and killed Han.

Obviously I don't know the man, just guessing.

Question,

why PT main character actors are never in attendance at major conventions or SWC?

Have they been banned by Lucasfilm? :lol

Seems to me like the people who made it treat it like leprosy.

Liam Neeson, Ewan Mcgreggor, Samuel Jackson, Ian Mcdiarmid etc. don't need the chump change like Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Billy Dee Williams, Jeremy Bullock, David Prowse, Peter Mayhew, and Anthony Daniels do.

I don't think its that. :lol

When people love something they keep interacting with it, instead of treating it as if they were never part of it.

Isn't being an actor all about attention?

When wealthy are bored with money they then seek fame, power or both.

If Hugh Grant had been in the PT (obviously playing a tree on Kashyyyk) he'd be all over the conventions like a rash on a Womp rat.

I have to give it to Ahmed Best, many others in his shoes would've killed themselves had they been JarJar.

Jake Lloyd should be dead within the next few years.

Oh, and TFA is rated PG-13, as expected.

I think that vanity fair set footage with him sans helmet is a red herring. I really do. JJ simply cannot "not" have a surprise reveal. Just because the character has Adam driver's hair doesn't mean he will use his face. At the very least, I call shenanigans. Or tomfoolery even.

:slap Is this another "Kylo is Luke" theory?

You just know that's a rescue in progress.

That might be Boyega with Issac in the beginning of the film. Oscar Issac is wearing the Finn's jacket.

Bingo!

:exactly:

Pretty much :lol I doubt any of those actors even like those movies...or the fans. I can't blame them though. They do those films because they're actors and they want to work, but they all would much rather be working with Scorsese in a serious drama than wearing a costume in some space film. The same goes for all the actors in superhero films.

I thought Ewan was looking to play Obi wan in some of the anthologies - thought I read he loved it

The more interesting questions is: who's gonna walk away from TFA with a bad taste in their mouth?

OT had Sir Alec, PT had Liam.... so who's it gonna be this time?

Can't be a repeat offender: meaning not Ford or Fisher.

They may not like them... but they all want to come back and make more Star Wars movies. I think more so than a serious drama.

Don't forget Anthony Daniels...he didn't like the first SW. As for the new one, the top contenders are Oscar Issac, Adam Driver (depending on how they use him), and Max Von Sydow, although he's been in some bad films already, so he might be immune to mediocrity.

My vote goes to Issac. He's the only one not making the rounds and he seems like he could be temperamental.

Max is old and just wants to keep working, like Chris Lee did.
