Either the folks at Hallmark have a cheeky sense of humor, or this card was designed and approved without any knowledge of the movie:

Then after the Western genre I want a SW slasher movie.

Wait, disregard we got that already when Annie slaughtered children.

ROTS did what not even any F13th movie set at a kids camp ever did!

Jason Voorhees didn't murder any kids, but "Annie", hell yeah!

Are you an angel? I'm not!

Have any of you guys checked out the novel Kenobi?

Kenobi (novel) - Wookieepedia - Wikia

It's okay, but the idea and the general plot are solid. Definitely a good place to start.

I bought it on Audible. I enjoyed it. Not enough Kenobi and a little too much detail about other people but I bet if written well it would make a great movie. I'm all in on a Kenobi movie with EW as Ben.

I also listened to the audiobook. Pretty much agree on all counts.

If someone told me last year that four entire months AFTER the release of a new Star Wars movie featuring the original cast that we'd still not have a single figure (in any scale) of Luke Skywalker or Princess Leia I'd think they were nuts.

I guess there's this deluxe Disney set that includes Leia as she appeared in her last scene but I'm not sure that these figures are even articulated:

But no Luke? Really? STILL NO LUKE??

It just goes to show you the turnaround time needed to get figures into production. Because I'm absolutely sure Hasbro will release a figure of Luke in that look at some point. But even they were apparently totally in the dark prior to the film's release.

Disney is probably the only one that had early design information covering the full breadth of the film, given Leia there, but also their diecast Rey started shipping with a lightsaber right after the movie was released.
