Hey, that's a great idea! I'm gonna sear that in my brain now...

I like the sound of that..Not as far as I'm concerned. All we saw was a little ****** named Boba Fett in Attack of the Clones. As far as I'm concerned the gravelly voiced badass from ESB killed that kid and took over his name and ship, Dread Pirate Roberts-style. And I'm sticking to it.
I agree with everything you said. And once again how ironic that the new movie will be shot on celluloid.

But when you think about it, Boba Fett Is essentialy the Batman of Star Wars.
This is true. . .if Batman's dad was an amoral, homicidal bounty hunter killed in the process of trying to defend an bunch of evil scumbags. We don't know the specifics of How he got there. But when you think about it, Boba Fett Is essentialy the Batman of Star Wars.
But I never got the impression Boba Fett was concerned with any ideology in the original films. In fact, that would really seem to undermine the effectiveness of any potential bounty hunter.

Goes by his own code..
Batman's used a jet pack too..

But Boba Fett isn't a vigilante like Batman. He's a bounty hunter, or maybe to some extent a mercenary/soldier of fortune, and there's a pretty big difference there (I'm not referencing EU stuff I have no knowledge of, only films). Sure, children were traumatized in both instances, but Batman used that as a means of defining his entire purpose in life. I've seen nothing in the original Star Wars films that suggests Boba Fett was driven in a similar way. Maybe it f'd him up so much that he has no problem being an amoral killer himself, but I wouldn't say that has a parallel in Batman.Right, Becuase it's not like Batman saw his parrents get murdered infront of him, and used that as motivation to become a vigalante with his own honor code or anything like that.
Watching beginning of ROTS right now, even the Jedi starfighters spinning in unison is grating to me now, and I can't stand looking at Temuera Morrison's face or hearing Hayden's voice anymore.

This is the only version of ROTS I watch now, the horribly translated bootleg version BACKSTROKE OF THE WEST....https://winterson.com/2005/06/episode-iii-backstroke-of-west.html
I find the dialogue to be far superior... Here are some samples..
