Indy/Marion in KOTCS were just as wooden as Anakin in the PT.

GL sucks and when he's near Spielberg he makes him suck as well.

Don't know why but Luke's whining was charmng in the OT.

Anakin's whining in the PT was grating.

Thank the maker GL didn't change Vader to a whiner in the OT to match the PT.

with all those anger and hate issues that vader has in the OT-pre ROTJ,
WHO ELSE COULD HE HAVE BEEN, other than the galaxies BIGGEST EMO kid?

PT = More, slightly less good Star Wars
Laughing stock of cinema = anything bade by Michael Bay or Uwe Bole

I for once agree with Celtic on this. Anyone defending the character of Anakin in the prequels, and trying to compare his whines to Luke's in the OT is well gotta say it again...An apologist for the PT!


Maybe if a person actually likes the PT, they rationalize these thing i dunno. But it just seems to be damage control for something they wanna like.

Anakin Skywalkers. in order of BEST VERSION to Crappiest version.

Movie "vader" Anakin is better than

Comic book "vader" Anakin. Which is better than

CLone wars TV series anakin Which is better than

Potato-man Anakin. Which is better than

Gennedy miniseries Anakin, which is better than

Jake Lloyd Anakin, which is better than

ROTS Anakin, which is better than

ATOC Anakin, which is crap.


Though, giving credit where credit is due... Hayden did a pretty good part as Anakin at ONEPOINT in the PT.

That whole scene. Why? Becuase all he did was stand there. something his wooden acting is actualy good for.

The Tartowsky Clone Wars series was brilliant - that Anakin beats ALL of the non suited Vader versions.

it was ok. But CGI anakin is superior. MOSTLY becuase he got more character development, and felt like a more real person.

I just find the animation style in the CG series, ugly & grating.. except for the droids of course.

it was ok. But CGI anakin is superior. MOSTLY becuase he got more character development, and felt like a more real person.

Gotta agree there, Matt Lantor was a good choice too.

I just find the animation style in the CG series, ugly & grating.. except for the droids of course.

I can feel that. The art style is NOT for everyone.
But the Character, how its played? AWESOME!

Voyage of temptation is STILL one of my favorite episodes.
