I think it will be little bit of everything. Part Empire, a big dollop of Jedi and a fair share of the prequels mixed up.

That's discouraging....I'm lowering my expectations somewhat- if that leaked storyline is true I'm really lowering my expectations...

That rumor makes no sense. Why would Hamill attend 6 months of shooting for that?

The story (minus specific scene details) is out there now? There are some holes to fill in, but the overall spoilers that have been discussed seem at least to be very accurate.

I don't think so. I think ep7 will, but after that i think they're gonna take a sharp left!

Well I admit, I would find disappointment if we don't get scenes with the BIG FOUR (SIX?) together.

Here in Ireland, there are is a lot of talk about Lucasfilm returning to Skelig Michael islands to shoot again for episode 8 or reshoot some scenes for 7 in September October. This would certainly suggest that the Skywalker storyline is pretty accurate. Maybe they are expanding his role though.

Someone who worked on the film said he just hung out with everyone, there was talk also that he worked with the swordmaster but the main reason was they didn't want him falling off the wagon and start raiding Burger King and KFC.

People are going to be P****** if Luke isn't in this abit....the whole "the old trio are back" hype just fell over if he appears in just one or two scenes- he's the most in shape, best holding -up- in- years than the other two..wasted

I would only be mildly interested if the fogeys weren't in it. They elevate it to must see in the cinema. If it was just a buncha newbs I'd class this as ''will see in cinema if someone else organises it and I have no other plans''

a "passing of the torch" like Indy IV.

Yeah, that worked well.

I've never seen anyone cling to the past as much as a-dev.

Pre Quels, what are those? All I know is I love my 3 Star Wars movies and I am glad, after 32 years, that we are finally getting more!

That's what everyone was saying about The Phantom Mess before it opened. And that was from the man himself.... Lucas.

This is Disney now.

I expect nothing inventive. At least Lucas was inventive. Disney regurgitates. There is nothing inventive anymore about Disney.

I feel sorry for those living in prequel denial. I don't love 'em but I can accept them for what they are.

I only ever expected them to provide a back story for the OT, in fact I didn't want them to overshadow the OT.

Maybe I didn't set the bar high enough, but at least I avoided disappointment.
