the death of a person...a beloved actor and more importantly a daughter and a mother is not an equal tragedy to being disappointed by the plot of a movie. :slap

You're right that a person's life is much more valuable than ANY movie - even the best one. I was very grieved for Carrie and her family - she meant the world to me as an actress - and don't you even dare say otherwise because you don't live in my heart. This makes what Disney did to her character even more bitter, adding insult upon death. Farce Awakens and Lost Jedi are the death of Star Wars, that's the point of the analogy. I lost Carrie... and I lost Star Wars too.

Why?

But... why? She was a pretty damn meh actress who didn't star in anything outside SW.
And even then she always was the worst of the OT main cast.

Your OPINION is noted.

I feel sick. Do you always dance on graves and poke and prod the grieving?

Oh my... :lol
I was sayin' that long before TLJ was released, but nevermind.
It's always easier to attack counter-opinion than to elaborate on your own.

And people still wonder why modern Hollywood hacks started to use shaky-cam to film fight scenes... :D

At least he was taught that......some Jedi can do it naturally after being mind ****ed by Kylo Ren.:lol

So I actually watched TLJ for a second time yesterday. While I was able to enjoy some of the occasional good bits, and the visuals etc more this time with my expectations in check, which means I didn't detest it quite so much as the first time around. My opinion of this movie has not changed at all. It sits at the very bottom of the list of SW movies for me, with a huge gap between my second least favorite and itself. Shame...

I can't believe you... I said how I felt about Leia and Star Wars, and I was mourning them... and you come on with snide, snarky questions disrespecting the dead and trying to goad me.

Honestly, I care only enough to respond this once... so have at it, go wild and say whatever you like, the ignore button is a wonderful thing.

I heard in the news that Russians go online and try to stir things up purposely to sow seeds of anger and distrust that they would somehow take advantage of, I thought it was a rather silly conspiracy theory by paranoid people.

Maybe not.

Well, she died almost 2 years ago now... some would think you might need some help if your really worshiping her to the point that you are still grieving over someone you've never actually known.

Your posts are a little absurd.

It’s basically Riddick’s MO to be a ****, complain about people being *****, and pat himself on the back about how he’s not a ****.

Other than that he puts people on ignore so as to not see how often he’s pimp-smacked.

Best to just carry on like there’s a mosquito.
