Disney is huge. The deals they make come and go.

Its not going to make or break them.
Look at performance over 5 years. They are well diversified.

it isnt about breaking them... it is about ruining their plans... they needed fox for a bunch of things like for their streaming service . or plans for the parks

Ruin is a strong word. They will adapt and find a new way. The parks are fine, the revenue generating machine that is Disney will have a banner year regardless of SW.

Granted they would like yo have even more always.
