Man i really dont give a *** about Sequels or any new directions through KK administration anymore.

Mr Lucas now is already 74 years old, im really hope the man will stay healthy and live up to longer life. Just imagine at certain timing he will be no longer in this world make me feel very sad..unlike some ungrateful people, I truly respect his works, his dedication, the creation of SW universe which we all love, the way he "wanted to tell the story" and always wanted to keep SW away from Hollywood bad influences to keep the "originality"...which obiously lacking from the last two movies.

But still there are few person who has proved able to deliver the SW essence to the fans like Dave Filoni with Clone wars series or Gareth Edwards with Rouge One..but seeing the current stage of Disney and heads of Lucasfilm, i doubt those talented people will never have a chance to be put into proper positions to make any proper SW movies for the community.

you know who to blame for that?

Is this a shot from the Netflix dark crystal sequel? They look more terrifying than they did in the 80s.

So, its official.... Disney has now also felt the need to change the most iconic ship in SW...... :(

Ha so if this is real, it proves the image that leaked was indeed official artwork. They said it wasn't.

Obviously changing the appearance of the Falcon is first and foremost a merchandising strategy, they aren't fooling anyone.
Since this is a prequel they'll probably come up with a reason for the changes.

Falcon had blue markings in the cameo in Episode III but it appears the mandibles being "full" is new. If that's not just some reddit nerd's troll job.

Supposedly its a "pre-modded Falcon". Which makes no sense, since isn't it Han's Modifications that made the Falcon so fast?? :dunno

Here we go again.... :lol

My very liberal sister in law and my very liberal best friend and his very liberal brother all liked it also.. They did not bring up politics and neither did I when discussing it with them.

They all loved Rose also...

I am not trying to turn this political. But my more conservative friends (even the ones who don't really care about politics) did not care for the film and all hated Rose.

Of course that probably means nothing as I am sure there are libs who hate it and cons who love it.. Just weird that my friend are divided down the middle like that.

My one friend could not believe I hated Rose and asked what was wrong with her. I was shocked by the question as I can't see how anyone cant see the issue with her goofy character.

Because liking bad movies now (Specially movies with SJW stuff in it) is like a political move now. you cannot just watch a movie and dislike it. You are either sexist or racist or homophobic if you happen to hate this new style of movies coming out that have deep meanings and that are made to change the culture in a progressive way.

look at this, people just couldn't hate Ghostbusters, hating ghostbusters was seen as a hateful troll irresponsible misogynist

now movies that have these themes cannot and will never have an honest look anymore because everyone will take sides on it. like a battlefield, a political battlefield where the movie is seen as a declaration of war on both sides...

Look at the reaction of the trailer for death wish with Bruce Willis. the movie is not out yet and it ALREADY is being accused of being a movie for the ALT right...

Wow. Fictional movies causing so much angst. I love the depth and passion that people have for what should be entertainment. Makes me what to quit my job; enroll into the Film program at SoCal; and be the change I want to see in the world...

Very affirming :lol

:lol that’s how we do! You got all this stuff on tap man!

Glad to see you talking sense, and taking action instead of complaining. Hats off to you! :viking

I felt a great disturbance in the Force... as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror... and were suddenly silenced... by Disney.

Yeah and it was probably intentional too. :lol

You can’t tell me that Iger/Kennedy/Shareholders DIDN’T KNOW that this movie was going to piss off half of the United States or at the very least half of the white male SW fan base.

If they didn’t know they’re a bunch of idiots.

If they did know that means they were willing to accept up to 1 billion dollar in loss revenue on TLJ just to push Kennedy’s version of feminism.

I’m going with the former lol. (Reality is probably a mix of both).
