ah, an attempt to "un-break" galaxies. I quit when they did the CU ( crappy Upgrade) gave it a shot with the NGE ( Not Good Either) and then gave up all together. The era of the Movies simply doesn't lend itself well to MMO's Methinks.
I'm starting to get obsessed. And it's not even out yet or a release date. That Coruscant trailer and the music did me in. (I suppose it's the memorys of SWG kicking in) Funny thing is i don't get "Obsessed" with MMO'S i don't "grind" I just want a release date!

Yes sir it is!!!! I have all the videos saved onto my hard drive and love watching them over and over again. I'm trying to talk my brother and some of our friends to leave WOW to play this when it comes out, but they've all been playing it since day one.
~~ I just hope my laptop can play it otherwise I'll be selling some plasma to get funds for it. I also hope they announce a Mac version so I don't have to play it on XP in Boot Camp.

We have a guy in the guild who works on the game :chew he's trying to get us a guild invite. Ive had no joy yet, but hopefully i will get an invite sometime.

Theres a way round that, 1 of my guildies posted this.
Couple options. I'd suggest to:
A.) Go to the account page, and on the main page for you (once signed in of course) there should be a check box already checked 'Yes I want to participate' or something like that. Then below it'll have two status boxes, one for 'Contact information' or something, and 'System Scan' or whatever. From here 'System' option will probably say incomplete or something. Run it from this section, and when it pops up with the specs just hit 'Enter' then 'Esc'. And then hit the 'Save' button on the profile, it should update with the proper info now on your account page. (I had to hit the keys because Java wasn't loading the 'save and continue' button for me, but I'll get to that.)
or B.) Go through the process like you have been, and when it gets to the scan part, and the specs pop up (but I'm guessing no button, like me, probably just the way their app is right now) hit TAB then ENTER. TAB takes you to the next clickable button (which should be the 'save and continue' button) and enter clicks it for you. That SHOULD work so I've heard, so I'd give that a shot.
But IMO its easier to do it from the account page, that way you can know the info is updated.

Also if your using firefox and u dont get a prog pop up installation up top try IE, u should get a prog pop up then, install it and your sorted for the scan.

Yeah, that's pretty much why I stopped visiting those forums. I see where they're coming from though, after what happened with Galaxies, I'd be pretty demanding as well.
