I feel like it could be because this is the first toy of Jared Leto Joker which may give it a rookie card type of feel. That was my only real rationale wanting to nab this over waiting to see what else they had down the road. I really want a Leto Joker and Robbie Harley Quinn. Everyone else, not so much.

They seemed to be really stressing the "Limited Availability" this time, and it had me wondering if they were just saying that to motivate people to order, or if these really were a smaller run this summer.

It certainly seems like they haven't been selling out of the Toy Fair exclusives the past couple summers. It makes sense to cut back production so they aren't stuck with a bunch of product. By creating scarcity again they can renew excitement and interest in these exclusives.

My feelings exactly. I was probably going to order him today if given the chance solely on the fact that he is the first Leto figure. But I'd much rather get him in the tux or the purple suit. Him and Harley are all I plan to get from suicide squad.

This'll be a release day HK purchase for certain. Best HT release for ages. Dead on likeness with great expression and intensity.

And it does come with hands. Albeit one set of relaxed but that is better than none.
