Two reasons you might not have Superhero fatigue:

1. You watch them once in the theater and that's it.

2. You just committed to spending $900+ on a Hulkbuster toy so you damn well don't admit any fatigue even if you do have it.

Back when they had a Superhero movie coming out once every couple of years, it was a cool thing. Now, every other movie is a Superhero movie and they all seem the same to me. I mean, Spider-Man going on it's 3rd reboot ? Yeah, getting old. First Iron Man was good, next 2 crap. First Thor was good, 2nd horrible. 1st Captain America boring, 2nd enjoyable on first watch. Avengers was overhyped and got boring on repeat viewings. The Spider-Man movies ? Yuck. The only ones I can rewatch and still enjoy are the First Iron Man and the Dark Knight trilogy.

How's this for Superhero fatigue, Vue cinemas are putting on a marathon screening at a few locations, Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America TFA, Avengers Assemble, Iron Man3, Thor TDW, Captain America TWS and finally Avengers AOU, all on Tuesday 21st starting at midnight, AOU starts at 7pm not bad for £17, but even with comfort breaks I don't think I could sit through almost 22 hours viewing, good luck to anyone that manages it.

Hey... I have always been curious, Do they play the credits in these marathons?

Did they play the credits in the Lord of the rings Marathons? (Is that when people take a break? in the credits?

You know what I don't get? People who don't "get" anything.

The people saying "No" didn't surprise me. Their theme song is literally the "Everything is Awesome" Lego song.

RIDDICK's opinion is the only one that did surprise me. I expected a yes.

Saying "yes" isn't saying "yeah I'm sick of superhero movies forever." Just that breaks are needed. Even though superhero films are among my favorite types of films I can't watch 10 of them in a row which is funny because I can watch 10 dramas in a row.

Yes, and I agree with you.

I'm not saying "no mo superhero movies!", I just think we're over saturated with them. You can't deny that those long lists of planned movie sequels going all the way to 2019 isn't obnoxious. The announcements years in advance, the hype, the teaser, teaser trailers, the toys, it's gotten to be too much. The sequels are literally being talked about before the last movie has even come out. 90% of this section is practically Superhero: The Movie, nobody really wants to discuss anything other than the blockbuster.

Like you said, everything in moderation.

Whose fault is that though? There are plenty of potential great non superhero films coming out this year, but I don't see any threads for those films :dunno A lot of people complain about over saturation, yet they don't do anything about it. In fact, it's not so difficult to avoid the trailers, the toys, and the "hype." I see people complaining about all the superhero stuff they see on their facebook news-feed, yet they liked all those pages that focus on those films, which is why they are seeing those "news" to begin with, or they keep visiting and posting on the threads that they are tired of seeing :lol The average person doesn't get fatigue because they don't follow Superhero films so closely, they don't collect toys, and they don't go to forums to talk about and analyse every piece of worthless news related to upcoming comic book films.

for every one good hero movie there are like 4-5 crappy ones. for every iron man you get your daredevil, green lantern, thor 2, cat woman etc.

is the solution to just completely ignore the other studios besides Marvel? but then what happens when marvel makes a bad movie like iron an 2 (or 3)

do you go by what others are saying? but marvel fanboys on the internet will always defend their favorite studio...

Some of those films have topics in here but they're quickly DOA. Two or three people participate and then the thread falls pages back.

I can't grow tired of something as big as CB.
It's a big and cool universe of characters which was only avalable via paper for so long.

Now, the quality of some of these movies is very tiresome...
