Well, they're not at all on the same level in that they don't get nearly the amount of viewers/ratings that Hannity and O'Reilly do but they are certainly just as biased toward their own idealogical agendas.

Probably. I don't know. But if MSNBC made that decision then that tells you everything you need to know.
