His tax plan won't just affect the top two tiers. He cannot pay for all his programs just increasing those taxes. Add into that the trickle down effect and we are going to be in a world of hurt. Do I have proof? No. Sometimes you just have to look at what is right before your eyes. That is if you open them. How are we going to pay less taxes if he is going to repeal the Bush tax cuts?

Given Obama stated in the first debate he wouldn't cut any of his programs - I'd say a few more people will get the shaft than currently thought.

But since its "for the greater good" no reason to let the poor plebs know what their in for eh ?

The wife and I aren't anywhere near the 250 range but the 100k range will affect us. As far as the trickle down affect, that will affect EVERYONE. I've used the very simple analogy of oil prices before. Oil prices go up, gas goes up. Gas goes up, EVERYTHING that uses gas to be delivered goes up. Electronics, food, furniture, take out food, furniture delivery surcharges. It all goes up. Hell, oil goes up even the cost of the collectibles we collect goes up. Why is it so hard for people on this site to see that if big corporations, who his tax hikes are going to affect the most, are taxed at a much higher rate than now, that they are just going to pass the price increase on to us. That's what they do with shoplifting. Billions are stolen each year. They just pass that cost onto us consumers.
