Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Oh man this thread brought so much anger, what i happening to the boards lately.
I hear ya. I can't say how many ppl have gotten snarky with me here lately. And I am constantly seeing it done to other ppl! I don't get where the uprise of being rude comes from. Ppl need to keep themselves in check and save it for pm's. I've gotten into one fight on here and I usually walk away. It's unproductive and ruins threads. This is a very helpful thread and for it got get locked over ppl not keeping their mouths shut is a damn shame.

I just come across a biker wear set. I'm wondering anyone know about this? I don't know who make it. Look good to me.

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

I like the pants and boot, but not the jacket. Where is this from?

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

I dunno, I think the jacket would look great un-zipped. It sticks to the body nicely, flat and smooth.

So yeah, where is this from?

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

man , time sure goes by fast. It feels like I opened this thread yesterday.

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Yeah, not digging the jacket... but the boots and pants are well done.

The photo looks a lot like the kind Brothers Productions posts (people that did the recent Blade Runner and Anton Chigurh figures).

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Not too bad, but like others, the jacket is just ok. Still a great find considering how hard it is to find that biker set these days.

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

If its the company I'm thinking it is ABC Express will sell them on eBay, and I think UniToys also carries them.

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Is it just me, or am I the only one who digs his own work when it comes to painting? lol. Does anyone think this looks as good as I think it does, someone let me know, it's making me feel anxious!!

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

That is my guess... looks like their work/photography.

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Definitely agree there... this is nice, but Saturday Toys is definitely the way to go if you can fine them.

I'm getting some Val Kilmer coming through there, but it's a fair job!

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

i was lucky enough to get the saturday toys set off myfigureschoice a couple weeks back. its great but the jacket isn't really t-2 styled. this one follows t-2 more. depending on the price i wouldn't mind grabbing a few for custom fodders. btw the boots are a recast of hot toys james dean red jacket version. i'm guessing these are drilled out so you can put feet in them while the original uses pegs

:lol I didn't notice that, it kind of does. Maybe it's the lighting, or the hair is too dark, I don't know. But from a distance it looks like Arnold and not Kilmer. Should I paint one of his eye's red to make it a more definitive head sculpt of the T-800?
