I just come across a biker wear set. I'm wondering anyone know about this? I don't know who make it. Look good to me.

i won't use this head
i will use either left or right of these two, when they arrive:

found a dutch head without camo paint on ebay. don't know if it is a repaint of original head or a copy of it.

I think the Dutch head is too squat for Terminator to be honest. Looks fine as Dutch but for whatever reason any picture I've seen where its used as a Terminator head it just doesn't work. The sculpted stubble and camo-paint aside, the head is just too small.

Well just because they were both Schwarzenegger doesn't mean you can just use any head as any character he portrayed, he had different hair styles, different body builds. In Predator he lots quite a bit of wait from diet habbits and heat on location. Other than his defining facial features, I don't think Arnie in T1 looks much at all like he did in Predator.

If people are happy using the Dutch head for other Arnold figures, that's fine, I was just giving my thoughts on a-dev's obeservation.

yes exactly! i myself hate all attempts to make a terminator-1 using existing heads from other characters (seen many of them).
but i said:

when i get another head... this will be a terminator.

just now i only wanted to show how cool this body is for making a terminator body - 100% better than original HT.
and photos really show nothing.

Dude, that custom will kick ass!!!
That dutch body is just perfect for the Terminator...as you said, you just need the right head, just it!
I hope Hot Toys release a Dx Terminator 2 with "the Dutch body" with a killer headsculpt!!!

I'd actually prefer a new Plastic muscle body of Arnie proportions with articulation similar to that of Wolverine. Since I wouldn't be displaying a Terminator Arnie naked I wouldn't need the most aesthetically pleasing base body - ie. the Dutch body.

I'd prefer a body that maintains an accurate muscled Arnie frame (unlike the old Sideshow figure) but which is capable of more range of movement than you can get out of the Dutch body - tighter angles at the elbow for one. The Dutch figure can only just manage 90 degrees which was a necessary evil in his case but it doesn't have to be for a Terminator figure.

I hope Hot Toys release a Dx Terminator 2 with "the Dutch body" with a killer headsculpt!!!

i don't consider t2, t3 and so on to be terminator movies, they are on one shell with spielberg's "A.I." for me, all those good-guys-in-metal.
a movie where the terminator throws people instead of fast and effective killing from the very beginning is a disgusting murder of skynet franchise and turning it into childish movie.

i liked the character and atmosphere of t1
it all disappeared in t2. and "just entertainment" is not enough.

a movie where the terminator throws people instead of fast and effective killing from the very beginning is a disgusting murder of skynet franchise and turning it into childish movie.

The T2 T-800 with exception of the biker bar encounter was under specific orders not to kill people. I suppose theres an argument to be made that in that initial scene at least he should have been shown killing one or two of the patrons there, they were as threatening as the punks early in T1. However maybe they simply don't feel the need to kill everyone they encounter. Maybe it comes down to choice about what action they take and how forceful they are. Remember he was going to kill the guys who John tells to ''take a hike bozo''. Their attack was no more severe than what he experienced at the biker bar.

However in Terminator 4 all this ''throwing people around'' became inexcusable. They have John Connor, their arch nemesis, at their mercy and they beat him up instead of just killing him outright? Machines quite simply wouldn't do that. Then again they also had his dad, and seemingly knew of his importance, yet didn't kill him either. T4's crimes are far greater than T2s.

it was a very false scene showing "yes he was going, believe it, believe it".

T4's crimes are far greater than T2s.

t2 killed the idea, t4 is just fly on a corpse. which crime is greater?

Just a thought. The T800 in T2 was programmed by the resistance. This may be one of the reasons it was not as ruthless as the one in T1. The T1000 on the other hand was programmed by Skynet. It killed the police officer in it's first scene and numerous other inocent people in other scenes throughout the film.
