I'll be back is so over utilized that its even ruined other movies.

Genisys should have pulled an Age of Ultron and not have him say it the whole movie. Then for the very last shot Arnold says, "I'll be--" END CREDITS

These give up even more of the story, although I guess we all suspected someone didn't last long.

this is the weirdest thing....

the first clip feels funny, I dont know if it is meant to be completely funny, but it is. it made me laugh, nothing serious about it. (could just be an action comedy if you replaced the terminator with the Rock or something)

the second clip feels more like a regular terminator movie, the music fits better, the tone is not comedic

is this movie just going to be both? a serious action movie and a self aware comedy at the same time? wtf

Didn't AS use it in Expendables.

I wouldn't know as I turned off Expendables after about 15 minutes. But this movie is just such an embarrassment for Arnold on so many levels. You know he doesn't get that just regurgitating the same action scenes and jokes from T2 (and/or T3) is not cool or funny. Clearly they are setting up these moments to be crowd pleasing and they just are NOT. You want to be cool in a Terminator movie Arnold? Here's a hint, for the love of God do NOT say "I'll be back." Arnold/Cameron made that line a catch phrase. They should have the balls to unmake it, rather than broadcast to the world that they are now its slave.

This franchise is like a brilliant football team that inexplicably goes into a Prevent defense the entire final quarter and let's the team they were originally pounding come back and defeat them.

The sad part is Khev, as right as you and a-dev are, you will unfortunately find people out there that will leave the theater upset if he doesn't say that line or if the pounding music isn't used every other minute.

I think we are actually in the miniority.

It's not just "I'll be back"...it's all of them, "Get out", "Get down", "Come with me if you want to live", "There's not fate but what we make" , "Hasta la vista Baby". They will all be in the film.

Yeah, it's certainly become more of a pop culture thing for them to use those phrases throughout the film. There have been some great points made these last few pages. I wonder how much pressure the studios put on these directors to do or have certain things in the movie. I wonder if the T-1000 will say "nice bike" as well...

I hope we are all wrong about this movie. I really do.
