Terminator Genisys (July 1st, 2015)

I haven't seen Predators in quite a while, must give it another go. I was deliberately not watching it while I was attempting to sell my Hot Toys figures from it but they're gone now, should be safe enough.

The predator designs in that film have aged like a fine wine for me. Except for Classic of course, who looks like a cheap Halloween costume.

Mr. Black is now my third favorite predator design I think, under P1 and P2. I absolutely love his coloring and bio-mask design. I just wish they had incorporated netting into the super predators' designs.

I agree. And Brody was very believable in his role.

But the whole him with the shirt off at the end... meh. Too much of a clear rip from the 87' film.

Oh of course. There was so much borrowed from the original, and the end scene with Brody shirtless wielding the torch was easily the most cringe-worthy, but I'm just speaking of his acting and portrayal of that character. I never thought he was overacting or had a "Bale Batman voice" like many suggest. I believed him as a lone-wolf mercenary guy and think he nailed the role. That role was pretty much my introduction to him, and he's become one of my favorite actors now.

I don't see it with JW, that's it's own Frankenstein **** burger. They definitely didn't rip off the better looking CGI

Agreed about PREDATORS too chaps, I dig it as well. I also thought Brody was an ill fit, but I do like him as an actor.

That was pretty well done actually. Other than making Arnie look really short with some of the camera angles.
