Yeah but....it doesn't even look like that. It looks like a cheap cash in.

I don't know if the series deserves any better...but it just looks as dull as dull can be.

It's not as bad as any of these reviews are making it out to be. It's a fun little 90 min escape. I'm not looking for the meaning of life here. I just want some fun carnage.

ending spoilers...

Leatherface is made into a Frankenstein monster/victim type and the girl joins him to kill the people that burned his house. Girl at the end moves to the house to take care of Leatherface

:lol:lol:lol

And.... so what?

spoilers again

seems kinda ludicrous to make Leatherface into a type of hero. and to have the girl say "Do you thing cuz" sounds pretty bad hahaha.
I did not see the movie so I do not know how bad it is, but it sounds really bad. I will still see it of course. But not with good expectations.

Yeah, no. I don't think Shawshank Redemption, or Pulp Fiction would be consider a cheap cash in.

I want to see it aswell. I know it'll suck but I still tend to enjoy these types of movies just for the sheer fun of them. :lol

There's only two slasher horror movies I can think of that I couldn't watch without becoming amazingly bored and they're both Rob Zombies Halloween movies. Those have hardcore fans also though so it just goes to show you !.

I don't tend to see many horror films at the cinema so it makes for some nice escapism every now and then, even if the film isn't that great there's still some joy whilst watching it; especially watching the Mrs get scared and hide her eyes.:lol

Ive heard some bad things about this, but Im still going to see it. Im always down for slasher films and I'll tell you right now no matter how dumb it may turn out I'll still buy it when its released.

I seen this morning on the Today show the movie critic guy on there actually said that people were upset because this was being released so close to the most recent school shooting. They actually said we need a change when it comes to violent movies such as this.

I was just like...wtf what does Texas Chainsaw have to do with a school shooting?

They took out the word massacre for some reason too.

Who cares about a texas chainsaw?
