i've got this great piece on order and if it wasn't for the awesome base the the bonus of the great looking mistress of death that should go along with the AH and Brooks line, i'd propably get the Com in favour of this dio. as it is now though this piece just simply rocks and i'l be keeping it for sure..

YES! I'm also a BIG fan of SS! Is there something wrong with that? I collect what I like. I have marvel characters from both companies. What I don't like or collect are dolls! SS Comiquettes are the ONLY way to go for me! I don't have to worry about spandex or cloth with Bowen's pieces.

Thanks for the heads up about backstage pass. I didn't get to see it before now. Even though there seems to be conflicting opinions within SS on this Dio's scale, I'm not taking any chances. EX ordered! If this isn't comiquette scale I'll just cancel it. If it is then I have my SS Thanos statue.

...You know I kid! hehe! I got nothing bad to say about this piece. It's a masterpiece and AAHHH LAAVEEET! Of course, it's pretty much what we longed for, albeit in a diorama form. Anybody passing on the EX or the regular is a retard of the highest order and should be put before a firing squad IMO!

Here is the Thanos statue represented as the scale the PF would be next to the Punyquette.
At 20 inches for the PF and 16 inches for the Midgetquette.
PJ's or not the scale can't compete and these pics aren't even the real size the disparity will be even greater.
PF scale is bigger.
PF scale is better.

FYI 90% of grails are unexpected. anything that you expect to be a grail most likely wont be.

Only a noob would think otherwise.
A PF would be so great cos it would be 25% bigger than a POS Comiquette.

LOL. "Comiquettes" are just statues. Which, if we are just talking Marvel, were made by Bowen long before Sideshow made any PFs.

Also, I'm pretty sure statues were made lond before the times of acient Greece.

i can tell youre noobie.

cloth simply CAN NOT replicate the detail and dynamics that a fully sculpted piece can. With cloth you are at the mercy of so many variables...the type of cloth used, the thickness, are there wires added to sculpt it yourself, the color, etc.
