My question was directed to rnbuda, not you divo. You never seem to tire from the Bowen bashing. As I have said before, both companies make good statues. I will have both the Bowen and SSC Thanos in my collection.
I would tell you that I disagree with you strongly about the Bowen Thanos. However it seems that you don't understand this concept, so...... I'll just tell you that you are WRONG! You seem to get that.

Anyhow, it is not so much Bowen bashing (which is like shooting fish in a barrel), but my auto-reflex kicks in when a well meaning, (but obviously delusional collector), can compare ANY bowen statue to ANY Gore group or Viggiano studios works. I'm glad you're happy with your bowen Thanos, & you'll soon be able to compare both versions side by side. Hoping you'll see the light ( at the very least through light-up feature)

The SS Thanos does has a narrower chin and teeth with lots of spaces in between which are not my preference, but overall I still like this statue better than the Bowen for styling, coloring, etc. Mistress Death puts this in the "Must Have" category for me.

Your using the flash on your cameras way too much! The way to do it is to reflect the light on his face from a light source! I cant wait to get mine here....

well i don't see why everyones got the same problem again with this piece, both this and the bowen are differant takes on a character and both look great imo.
the bowen looks more like he's about to hand out some whop ass and the ssc piece looks like he's smiling after he's handed out some, and he's very pleased with himself..

Well, to be honest, I never saw much classic or comic based on the BD face or body. I think it's a nice piece and all, but definitely no version of Thanos I've ever seen in comics. He's too tall and too bulky, but still pretty sweet. Sold mine years ago.

What???......the Bowen Thanos looks just like the comic book version,the SS not at all.
Also aren't the body shapes basically the same on both versions,with the only real difference being the face ?

I'm not saying that the SS version looks comic related. It obviously is not. Perhaps you could fetch up a published image of Thanos that looks like the BD version? Although I think it was a good attempt, it still doesn't look that much like any Thanos I've seen.
