Lot of lolz in here today. Kyle's peaks to Jim's peaks to Dante's peak to walking used cigarette.

LH was kinda scary on the set of Terminator 2. All sinew.

The Beast's big-hair-80s look is pretty funny. All he needs is an elec guitar. Like "Mask" (1985) starring Jon Bon Jovi.

I've never really fancied her myself (like Ripley, considered her a 'mother' figure) but if I were to objectively base on that particular shot - would.

Also @ Beast having her T1 hairstyle. Funny because absolutely true.

She just got old. Arnie got old too and we say much more complimentary things. We say he still looks 'badass' but she looks like a 'walking used cigarette' - I laughed - but at the same time, I feel bad about laughing. It's kinda mean if we're honest.

I strongly suspect this film is gonna be a piece of ***t and I'll hate for that to end up being the case because of Linda Hamilton being back for it. Arnie is (almost) always back so what else is new if he's in yet another crap Terminator film. But for Linda Hamilton it'll be a low note conclusion whereas T2 was most definitely a high.

Indeed. And that's what I'm saying. We should judge on the portrayal of the character. Her looks? Yeah she looks old. So does Arnie. She could have piled on the weight but to her credit she either never did or she lost it to come back and play this role again. The best we can say about each of them is that they look as good as they possibly can at their age. If that alone guaranteed the quality of the film we'd be onto a winner here.

The simple fact is this movie shouldn't even be. Cameron didn't make a T3 way back because he knew the story was finished and he was absolutely right.

Dark Fate will offer a few nostalgic scenes I'm sure, but overall it's going to be very much The Force Awakens where it's plain to see that this is just the same stuff playing out again in much the same way - leaving you to wonder why they felt this was necessary.

I change my mind, this movie is going to be ****ing hilarious.

I mean, I don't know why they're selling it as the true successor to T2 when all evidence points to Dark Fate committing the exact same blunders as the other sequels did, but odds are I'll have as much fun watching this as I did Genisys.

So it's only the T-800's weight that prevents a physical relationship between Karl and his wife? Couldn't she just be in "another position" than under him? It brings to mind all kinds of questions about Terminator "capabilities" though. I mean that owman in the biker bar does raise an eyebrow, so we guess there's something there and we are supposed to now infer that it functions? It's a kinda weird thing overall.
