That was always a bit of a weird contrivance in order to force Sarah to press the button just so we could have that prolonged emotional send-off.

No. The only reason I have Batman Forever on my mind is because of those Hot Toys prototypes. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten my plastic fix and that’s the one thing that’s been shown that would entice me to buy some expensive dollies again.

Well, of course I get a cut of that. Noooottt.

For the most expensive movie ever made at that time (nobody believed a movie could cost $100m back then) it was based in a crappy old building on Lankershim in N Hollywood in the sketchiest area imaginable. It certainly put you in the gritty noir mindset.

I watched probably about half of every shot of T2 being filmed. I was very tired (and the drive to Fontana future war was brutal,) but hey - you're only young once (I was early 20s).
