I think it'd be really dumb to do Green Goblin again, at that point it sounds alot more like a remake than a reboot. If we're going to get Gobby again, let's wait a couple movies, let Pete date Gwen then have Green Goblin kill her. Lizard sounds perfect for this movie.

Put Vulture or Kraven in this reboot.

Kraven would work well actually. First time Spiderman starts making appearances draws out the hunter.

Then I agree, set up Goblin for the 2nd movie and he has to kill Gwen Stacy. Or be responsible for her death more accurately. If they chicken out of that in this franchise too I'm going to be pissed.

That's definitely one thing I don't want, killing of villains.

I agree. One of the things I didn't enjoy about Rami's versions, all the villians died except Sandman. Blah......

I think it'd be pretty cool for Kraven to be the villain too. I don't really see why the villain storyline needs to tie into Parker's personal life. In fact I think I'd rather it not, with the exception of the Lizard.

Not died, took their own lives. Two-Face died.

Norman killed himself by accident, Octavius on purpose, and Brock you could look at either way.

Well since it's HS, i say Rhino or Tombstone as the baddie. (something totally off the cuff) But i disagree, i think Kraven could work quite well, just like in USM, like this will be based off of.)

This may sound a little crazy to some, but I really like the direction that the "Spectatular Spider-Man" cartoon took.

And I bring it up only because I was watching it the other day, when Rhino was the Big Bad. I really like way they portrayed HS Peter and all of the villains for that matter.

While I'm not a big supporter of this reboot, it has a lot of potential. I'd like them to take it in a direction that we haven't seen.

Bring in brock as peters friend in collede, i wanna see a jock eddie brock, and a more scarier green goblin, if they choose to do it i want the symbiote saga to be darker and show peter going off the deep end.

I just hope Marvel Studios is doing this and not Sony. I want Spidey to be able to cross over with the other Marvel guys.

Hate to disappoint you but Marvel Studios missed the boat on this. Three years ago the Spider-Man rights expired and Marvel had the opportunity to take Spidey under their own wing. They passed signing a brand new set of rights over to Sony. I couldn't find an exact timeframe but one site was claiming 10 years this time around. Sony/Columbia is handling the Spider-Man reboot which means no direct crossovers since they own no other Marvel properties but if they take a book from the page of Red Sonja they could get away with some.

I wonder still, if the Avengers is successful, would they consider making a cross studio deal for a Spiderman and the Avengers sort of flick. I wouldn't put it past them.

Wait two things was gwen even in the movie and who played her if she was and who is kraven (yeah ano im not that big fan of the comics lol).A spidy and iron man crossover would be awesome but it won't happen which is GAY.

Kraven is one of my all time favorite Spidey villians.
