This Batman didn't need to end, they could have brought in Robin, kept Bruce and Selina and done : Riddler, Penguin, Hush, Hugo Strange, Black Mask, Great White Shark, Harley Quinn, Ventriloquist, Zsasz, Pyg, etc etc. But Heath died and Nolan's world apparently ended.

Sam walked for a reason. I don't think anyone can blame him. It wasn't going to work. Sony's fault. They could've left him, for the most part, alone. And made a film that was just as grand as Spider-Man 2. '

But they didn't. And that's their fault. They should've played ball the right way. Now they're just a remake/reboot/halfassed studio, instead of what they once were.
