Not a fan of the prices on these things. At all.

Wonder if apple will issue $100/$200 gift cards a month from now to early adopters like they did with the iPhone when it first came out...

Yeah I think these a a bit overpriced for something that basically extends your iPhone to your wrist. If there was a version around $200 I'd be willing to jump in but $350 makes me stop and think. When that happens the answer is usually no.

That's a vintage watch, right there :lol. I'd seriously have more respect for someone who wears one of those.

I used to piss my teacher off in grade school with my casio remote watch. I'd shut movies and tv and **** off all the time.

Nice! :lol You ever got found out?

Nope.... It was brand new, I don't think anyone knew something like that even existed. I just wrote down the tv and vcr model, took it home and programed it and had a laugh in class.

This score may have changed my mind on the iPhone.

That new Macbook tho.... Jesus.

I really wanted the stainless steel space black 42 mm "apple watch" but I never thought it was going to end up being 1K+. And they made it so that you can't order it in any other configuration ....

The boring silver though, you can order it in any way you want. Are bands replaceable?

Yeah, they can be un-clicked and new one click on. They should all be compatible.

I just saw that, thx. Apple will of course offer bands from $49 to $449. Will stick with the back aluminum 42mm sport version then. $400 is not all THAT bad.

I'm waiting to see how this release goes before buying one. Though I probably would have bought one if the one I wanted wasn't $1000. It's just a damn band for God's sake--I'm not spending $600 on a damn band.

Neither Google nor Apple has convinced me that this product is necessary.

I'll wait to see what improvements are made on the next version and consider it.

Yeah, I normally wouldn't hesitate with an apple product but for me this one makes me hesitate. Maybe because I'm a watch guy. Targeting those who don't wear watches is prob what they are going for. Who knows.

My buddy brought his Apple watch in today and let me fiddle with it and I must say I am not impressed. Some features are nice like the fitness tracker and cool watch faces but everything else it offers is just meh. Pulling my phone out of my pocket is no big deal.
