Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

BW is now officially > any other Avenger in my book.

Hulk has got nothing on assassination by beautifully conditioned bouncy hair and ****ies

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

Take ladies, in a fight whip your hair back into an attacker's eyes, getaway insured.

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

The occasional kick to the balls won't hurt either. :lol

Let's be honest, if Scarlett had just bounced up and down while slowly moving the chair out she could have gotten away.

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

I'm pretty sure ruthless villains wouldnt allow such an attractive prisoner to sit there in such garb...who knows what she could be hiding under her clothes ;)

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

I have to say I am quite annoyed. With the release of this movie I would have expected to see a fair release of figures. I went everywhere, and I mean everywhere, and I couldn't find anything Black Widow. I found Cap, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Hawkeye and even Fury, but no Black Widow. Why would there be no Black Widow toys out there? She's badass.

My daughter loves Black Widow and is always heartbroken when we got to TRU and there's nothing. I just tell her Hasbro's a stupid company that thinks girls don't like to play with superheroes. Same with Playskool. No Leia for their Star Wars line and no female heroes for their Marvel ones either. :(

I mean, she would have to be tied to that chair naked....to be safe of course

Little People have Batgirl and Wonder Woman two packs out. Saw them when looking at Bat-Man and Joker for my boy. But yeah DC or bust. Not great news for Marvel of SW girl fans...

You need to buy her a Hot Toys Black Widow Daddy. :impatient:

She'll be stoked about it. She has a couple of the Imaginex Catwoman figures. A shame only DC grasps the concept that girls can like superheroes too.

Oh, we talked about it. ATM, she's 6, and despite the crying, I passed. But when the inevitable Avengers re-release comes out, I might pick one up and tuck it in storage until she's old enough to understand it's a high-end collectible and nowhere near a Barbie, appreciate and treat it as such. :lol

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

Was at the cinema last night and noticed the standee for AVENGERS ASSEMBLE:)slap) advertised THREE different of types of 3D you can watch it in. IMAX 3D, real D and I forget the last. I searched in vain for microscopic print about a mention of 2D but found zilch:(

No doubt it will join the ranks below of highest grossing record holders but what's interesting is that 6 of the top 10 were originally released in 3D. Does that mean that 3D films have an unfair advantage because of the higher ticket price?

Wow....#4,6,8,10 really make me sad on that list as they are all horrible horrible films.

All she'd have to do is breath hard and she would get away...easily. :lol

A slow thorough strip search would be required for BW. :lecture

Rosie O'Donnell...no. :nono

Of course! :lol

Can't you make a Custom? I mean, even with a barbie with the same type of hair, and get the black suit, Black Widow is not that hard to do though, she is pretty simple, like the new catwoman, pretty simple designs
