Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

What are the bracelets that Stark slips on during his conversation? Hmmm....

Was wondering that myself. If Loki has the tesseract, maybe it's some sort of protection from it or some sort of weapon made from it....:huh:huh:huh:huh

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

From the exchange I got the feeling that Loki is holding Stark against his will, or at very least they've been looking for Loki to no avail. Maybe it's some sort of tracker or emergency beacon?

This is what I was thinking. In case Loki tries to fight him and he needs more than human powers.

In the comics, doesn't the Black Widow's wrist shooter gun-thingy use tech based off the tesseract ??

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

Look down at your sig. Notice how Black Widow's bracelets have tiny blue lights on them? So this is a definate possibility.

Yes, just that Tony's are different so they may do different things. But they obviously serve a purpose.

So in the Loki/Stark scene Tony says "Living Legend, who lives up to it"......in the early trailers he called him a "failed experiment", so they must have some bromance time throughout the film :lol:lol:lol:lol

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

Awesome day! My city won the Avengers fan screening and I won 2 tickets! :blissy

To top that: the wife won, too, so we get to take friends. AND it's this saturday :hi5::blissy

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

In regards to the bracelets, there is a quick scene in one of the many trailers of what appears to be Tony being thrown through the window. I assume it was by Loki, and is definately some sort of a$$ saving device.
