So wait, I heard the world premiere of this is tommorow?

I have to say I find that completely ********, staggering the release by country.

Not because I'm dying to see it, but it's pretty clear the hardcore fans are, does the studio really believe they aren't going to lose millions of dollars in the U.S. to people who will just watch a pirated copy on the net a month in advance?

I'm sure plenty of the fans will still go and see it on the big screen anyway, it's got enough of a fanbase it's not going to flop no matter how awful the plot could end up being, but alot of the casual movie watchers are probably going to end up pirating it a whole 25 days in advance.

I got to see (a high quality) Thor a week before it came out in the US thanks to the internet...I wouldn't mind watching the Avengers a week or two before it hits the states for Free
